Professional Mentor
Small business owners often work by themselves while growing their business. It’s solitary work and getting discouraged is easy when feedback isn’t readily available or the last pitch didn’t win the contract. It can cause us to doubt our own talent. Self-assurance is especially important when we’re working on deliverables for our own individual clients.
You need a sounding board or an extra set of eyes. But calling your friends or former coworkers for feedback isn’t a sustainable model.
My goal as a Professional Mentor is to give my clients pertinent advice directly related to their chosen industry, identify their challenges and build up their confidence. I work with clients 1-on-1 or in a group setting with other business owners.
Marianela brings knowledge, skills, and direction to any space she is in. As member of the first Latina Chamber, she has champion Latina Businesses and has indirectly mentored many of her fellow board members including myself to grow our businesses and also our personal growth.
