I am a Professional Mentor, Strategic Consultant, and the Owner of M3, a consultancy dedicated to supporting small, local businesses. My journey started with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from San Francisco State University, which I pursued while working full-time in the Financial District.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning diverse corporate sectors, non-profit organizations, community organizations and local partners, I have seen significant transformations in the Bay Area business landscape, including natural disasters, technological advancements, economic booms and downturns. With this knowledge, I made the choice to open my own consultancy. This endeavor marks a crucial milestone in my career, calling for the use of all the skills I’ve acquired over the years.

I began my professional journey as a receptionist at a car dealership and moved on to being an executive assistant in the San Francisco Financial District while completing my degree. From there I pursued positions in diverse industries encompassing roles from corporate consulting, event planning, community strategizing, to public infrastructure projects. This diversity has allowed me to engage with all levels of management. and provided me with a unique perspective on business operations in the Bay Area.

At M3, I provide support, guidance, and encouragement to business owners seeking innovative strategies to achieve their goals. By offering motivation, identifying effective operational strategies, and providing real-time feedback, I help clients bring their vision to life and foster growth. I place special emphasis on women-led and BIPOC-owned enterprises, recognizing the importance of respecting and integrating their culture and experiences into their pathways to success. Through close collaboration, I guide my clients in finding their objectives and leveraging their inherent skills and talents to realize their desired outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to developing strategic solutions that empower individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. As the owner of M3, I have refined my ability in strategic planning, professional mentoring, and innovative problem-solving. My consultancy emphasizes collaboration and respect for diverse backgrounds, closely aligning with Alegria’s mission to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities facing medical, behavioral, or age-related challenges. My leadership style is both collaborative and inclusive, allowing me to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.

I am a thorough and highly organized professional with experience in project research, recruitment processes, social media engagement, and human resources management. My strong analytical skills and diligence allow me to provide valuable insights and recommendations for staffing solutions.
